Dayton I know where you are coming from but at this point with many of us H U G E L Y down I think its time to take ANY reasonable offer of financing, whether its toxic or not and get the ball rolling. My personal toxicity is around -70 % so I am "toxicked" out and tired of hearing how great and bright our future is "going" to be ...face it this thing is free falling into the shxxxxx -oblivion.
My suggestion is spend the shix out of co shares RIGHT NOW and get something up and running as we are at the zero hour here . I could give a sxxx about the DR at this point as thats going to take a huge amount of time and money to get up and running than -lower hanging fruit - Palm Coast. We simply have no money for a project of that size and scope right now , time required to build it out etc. Its a bitter pill to swallow but those are the facts.
Its shix or get off the pot time -no two ways about it...save me the great opportunity to average down banter, and its a bright sunny day here in OTOW land, and that OTOW is making great strides , the DTCC isnt a bad thing , personally I am fxxxxx on OTOW -that I know for sure . Wake up cheerleaders this has got to happen NOW.
