I know what you mean Flipper, But I can put a buy order in and someone else fills it, that is called a trade....I think what you mean is, it is not trading FULLY. If I want to sell 1 million shares today, I have friends who would buy all of it at the right price, volume is not an indicator of trading but I do know what you are trying to say, It won't be FULLY trading until the whole market has access to it.
