I have a couple of old bags that might have 1 or 2 trades a day. How do I sell those if I'm the only one with GTC Sell orders? That would make me 100% of the volume if someone hits my sell. This new rule is just ridiculous. They don't account for the legit investor

Personally I think Penson is screwed. I think the DOJ is making them do things because they are criminals to begin with. I mean look at their stock. Its almost a penny stock at 1.45 today ( PNSN ) Maybe they dont want shorters entering their stock lol

I read an article a while back, I wish I could find it how PNSN in serious trouble of bk in the future
