Torvec's Iso-torque technically is a "New Torsen".
Ford has had ample time to study Torvec's "New Torsen".
The June 2, 2009 patent for the Iso-Torque mentions helical gearing 26 times.
Torvec's new money came in just days prior to this announcement.
