I dunno. This Penson stuff is getting crazy. Can't figure out if its legit, scare tactics, or what. I would say check with your own broker and see what they say. To me it seems to be the best idea to deal with pinkies with the better known brokers. Just my .02.

IMO, Stay away from Brokers using Penson. Here's a link that might help. Also stay away from Legent Clearing as well.
