The Textraw merger never went through AND rumor has it Textraw is suing over the botched deal.
I think SKGO dumped every share they had left at .0001 knowing the deal wasn't happening and while they had potentially interested investors due to the merger PRs.
There is another company apparently offering $3 million for Textraw and they are in their DD phase (ALC*).
