Awhile back TEMN basically took on Calcounties to support them administratively. TEMN is now housed in the same office as Calcounties per the 8k/10q filed by TEMN. It's quite possible Calcounties grew large enough to support themselves and TEMN - which Calcounties is HUGE in SoCali.
Short answer, it's possible Calcounties acquired TEMN or a merger is going/has went on.
I don't see another explanation since TEMN was suppose to be support for Calcounties and now when you call TEMN they answer Calcounties and their email addresses have changed to Calcounties.
This is all my opinion of course, but I called and emailed and my own interaction is my interpretation.
