I agree. And I also agree that Bears' assessment is spot on!

Mike has one last opportunity to show his true character, although I suspect we already have seen it. He can come clean and explain what is going on with LLEG and the SEC. He can spell out specifically the situation and the steps he is taking to resolve it. He can let his shareholders know what his plan is moving forward, and he can execute his plan. If he were to take those steps I believe that his once loyal followers would come out of the woodwork and support him once again. We live in a very forgiving society, although in order to be forgiven, he needs to admit his mistakes.

So what is it gonna be Mike?

Just look at where that letter comes from. Anyone can write a letter and put it up on a BLOG. I have a blog. Could a letter that I post be considered FACTS? That individual has been on a witch hunt against Laidlaw for 3 years and just can not give up the idea that the project went ahead against all of his tries to derail it including outright lies with the deception of Clean Powers bit to get it's plant approved.
