I would contact SEC and ask why short selling to create an orderly market is being filled ahead of a legitimate sell.

Didn't you say a while back you contacted your broker and they said their policy is to not sell for anything under .0001? (If you didnt say it then someone with the same broker responded with this info) That would be why your market order isn't going thru. If there were buyers for a price of .0001 then it would sell but until then they will not execute your order. So either wait at the back of the line for .0001 or....

Have your shares transfered to another broker that will execute the order for less than .0001
Your at the mercy of them and could get .00001 but if you want to sell that bad then do it.
