no - It only makes sense to finagle the resulting final number. Maybe in the context of another number--how many new shares will be issued to the new company's current owners. Together they then get to something like a round 10mm or other round number o/s
im trying to find info...so its decided they WILL split for sure? they did that on another of mine a 20-1 split,it wasnt cool but a heck of a good co moved in it and soon the 8k stuff and other mumbo jumbo will come out,when will rs take effect here if they decide to do it?
