#33793 RE: Jtechkid #33790

“Why would Staar also agree to keep moving the date up unless CCME lawyers gave them something concrete or positive?”

Maybe CCME lawyers really gave Starr something concrete or positive? But there is possibly another reason why Starr conceded to moving the date: Sure, he wants his investment back. But he also has to think about the possibility of CCME just having lent out some of their real deposited cash to somebody or some similar fast-track firm (who/which will eventually return it), as apparently is the case with other Chinese fast-track companies registered on US exchanges. They help each other out THAT way, because nobody can check their accounts, hopefully, only till now?

This means, Starr has to be careful not to hurt CCME unnecessarily, in fact even to help them in case they are innocent; and he can do this because he loses nothing by moving dates. After all, CCME, unless proven guilty, is still, kind of, HIS company.

And, yes, just trying to move dates, for whatever reason, is in itself the most positive information we read about CCME since March 2011!!!
