It's clear they plan to sell as many shares as they can. Even at .0001 too high a price with a r/s planned. It's real simple Dean left no future for shareholders by what he did. As Joe even said QASp is toast. It is for current shareholders. Just too many shares were issued without bulding the company to support it. Now it's like starting over but we already issued that 1.5 billion. Just too many shares and too much money needed to make any future for QASP at this point. That is why shareholders already in have no chance to recover. Most of us paid way above even .001. It have to go up 5 to 10 times now to just hit that. No way when they need to sell so many shares for money this ever recovers. Thanks to Dean and now Joe. To get money now at these prices QASP has to sell a lot of shares. When Dean was selling the first 1.5 billion many were sold for pennies. No chance of that now.
