FFGO - Could that buy on Feb 17, 2011 been shorted and documented? When the FINRA reports came out through March 2011, post-500MM share short sale, did someone confirm falsified or misleading data provided to FINRA, per the marker maker responsible for the short sale?
Why were the August 2010 through March 2011 reports stripped from public record? There was plenty of discussion around the bimonthly reports and the daily numbers not "jiving".
