It's not exactly news that real estate is in ICU and will remain there for a while...so what's the real point to the ax grinding dnc?
In relation to MMPI you wanna know what's more of a shame imo than the outlook for RE in CA?
I think someone on the OEC should have considered and fought for a COMPLETELY different plan from the git go.
Some of us fought pretty f'in hard so the OEC would have a seat at the table with a voice...the platform and the professional expertise to come up with the best plan. And what did they do with that opportunity? Not a damn thing...but spend money...support mediocre/inferior/self serving plans...and squabble.
The OEC and some heavy hitters missed their chance. Ego's blind and deceive smart people sometimes dnc. This talk about RE valuations is a ruse...but it must have a purpose.
I'll stay tuned to see what it is out of curiosity.
