The CA suit is a joke. Someone should send the plaintiffs a box of tissues and a book on market timing and trading strategies. It does look like the cockroaches failed to find a plaintiff with more than $100K in losses.
What's so funny about at least 100,000 thousand dollars lost so far as shown by pacer of just the first few people who got scammed by JBII. To call this lawsuit a joke is just cold. And this is just the beginning which doesn't look like a parking ticket to me.
