Every customer service rep is different. He called my cell and work phone and gave me two choices (electronic or paper). Although it will cost $75, I wanted pager instead(knowing that they will not be able to get it). Otherwise, I would want electronic because it is free of charge.

I do not think all Etrade are on the same page. May be the guy who called me was not aware of the saga.
