You are correct. The divi is on common shares and we are receiving Preferred Shares so no divi for us.

The 4% would be for common shares are we not getting restricted shares for the 1 for 1?
Would there be a difference between common and restricted? I am assuming so. So I am under the impression we will not get the 4%
