So, if I follow this correctly, Metter's lawyer is saying that Metter is denying culpability in both the criminal and civil cases and that EVERYTHING is Moskowitz's fault. Metter was led by Moskowitz to believe and DID believe that the foreign sales were real and he did not benefit at all from any illegal stock sales.

Anybody think that'll fly?
