It’s reasonable to infer that Sun’s formulation of generic Gleevec doesn’t infringe NVS’ (non-CoM) patents.

Hard to see how NVS would even know that. But I guess the fact they haven't sued must mean something.

2015 doesn't give them much time to enjoy the benefits of any label expansion for PAH, so I'm kind of surprised they are taking this forward.
