....and insiders buying. Galisano likes what he sees enough to buy a big chunk of the comapny....as dread mentioned, Kaplan and company have alot more going on than we see for this to happen. Galisano didnt just throw this bet on the table without crawling up TOVC's ass with a microscope.
This is enough cash to take the company to monetization....
