That's my understanding also. HKHE will be a new entity consisting of 3 directors from SRSR and 2 from the financing party and the financing party will have a 25-35% stake in the capital raised as HKHE. Keep in mind, the amount raised for the financing does not equate to the market cap that HKHE will have. If they have a cash position of $10 million to fund development, their market cap could measure considerably higher than that if investors believe management has the competence to develop it. Do you give any credence to the thought that the financing party still wishes to remain undisclosed pending the shareholder vote?
