c) Why did the guy on the Video speak English. I AM in China, working, and know that almost no one understands English.

Not that I'm saying I know if they are still a going business or not but this video shows all the things you were raving about:

It shows a lot of people on the bus, it shows the screen is on a bus, it shows the label for CCME below the screen and near the end of the video a commercial plays for CCME itself on the bus video.

Good luck...we need it. Because of course, this was back in March and now it is Sept.
