RKT has taken this opportunity to say, 'No Comment, the deal with JBI is not material'.

NYSE: RKT knows "the truth," and they ARE yapping up a storm.

"After months of comprehensive due diligence, RockTenn (NYSE:RKT) executed a 10-year exclusive agreement..." (nobody said this was from NYSE: RKT though if you think the above isn't true, I have some $650/ton waste plastic to sell you)

Here is some follow-up commentary from the NYSE: RKT communications director:

"We are proud to announce our partnering with JBI's Plastic2Oil" --August 9
"We're super excited about this If you couldn't tell"'-- August 10
"We are so excited about this opportunity. More to come." --August 29
"We do not have an official start date yet, but we expect to be producing fuel on our property within the next 6 months." --September 16
"...we think its pretty amazing as well...We are really looking forward to this project!" --September 19
"we are hoping to produce an informational video in the future" --September 19

RockTenn DID NOT yap up this storm:

"After months of comprehensive due diligence, RockTenn (NYSE:RKT) executed a 10-year exclusive agreement..."

JBI yapped it up......it's a line from THEIR 10Q. Please stop trying to convince people that the statement is RKT's.

I suppose it could just be a simple mistake (although you've made it more than once). Like the company itself made in the second half of the sentence, when they implied that the fuel produced was thousands of tons per day when it's really the raw material waste plastic:
"After months of comprehensive due diligence, RockTenn (NYSE:RKT) executed a 10-year exclusive agreement for conversion of their waste plastic into fuel which has been measured at thousands of tons per day."



Got that Data Recovery patent number handy?
