Sorry, OK HKHE will have control yes your right, can you tell me who this is, can anyone on this board tell me who is HKHE??? Shouldnt we know who this is, seeing though there going to be in control of our stock? Is it just me.
The Directors Cir. states Sarissa will receive 65-75% of the capital. It states nothing about controlling interest of the company. Currently HKHE is attempting to raise the capital. This would lead me to believe the company we are partnering with currently hold less then 5 million in capital. I have 5 million in capital. Does anyone understand how small of a company we are partnering with for this billion dollar project!
The control is granted over HKHE via the appointment of three board members.
I confirmed that HKHE is a private company through the IR team. If they do not successful accomplish the uplist, then no shares will be issued due to the fact the company is not a public company. At that time SRSR will be a shell with a billion share structure, and no assets.
Get it? Up list fails; Nio star will still be HKHE's and no shares will be giving to share holders of SRSR.
Does no one see what is going on here? I have $xxxK invested in this company. Scott seems trust worthy? Are people truly expecting his appearance of being trustworthy as a reason to invest? This Directors Circular is full of questionable verbiage and leaves us with a potential of holding an empty shell. I am very concerned how they will proceed.
This will put this deal into perspective. I have heard numerous times that this could be the second largest deposit on the plant. The deal above is the largest.
Largest Niobium deposit:
1.95 billion for 15% stake.
Second Largest Niobium deposit:
5-10 M for 25-35% stake.
Is the concern becoming more real to anyone in this play?
Please do not respond with sell and move on like I have read so many times before on this board. How would you suggest I sell 17 million shares if I did decide to bail on this play?
