LLY and AZN (and also BMY) are small Big Pharma. They don’t have the financial resources to do as many things as companies such as PFE, SNY, MRK, and NVS.

Roche is the only company I know of that swore off FOB. LLY and AZN are more likely than not working on FOB (or intend to) but don't tell anybody.
