SRSR (shareholders) are going to own 65% - 75% of HKHE so essentially he is handing the 'billion dollar property' to himself. So what if we don't know who owns the other 25-35%.. we don't know who owns 95% of SRSR right now

We do not even know what company is involved. Scott may be the owner of HKHE?????!!!!!! What if he is simply handing the billion dollar property to himself?
