certainty.. guarantees.. DD requires 0 uncertainties... is this a joke??

• I'm pretty sure a spin-out of Nio-Star will require another vote
• There are usually limits on the amount of options that can be issued to insiders (SRSR's is 10% of the AS)
• I believe they have every intention of spinning out Nio-Star but legally were advised to say 'may'
