"It is NOT a slow business with the right people running the business who know how to develop relationships with the right manafactures and distributors"
You know the indusry better than I, but I question if there has ever been an interest in their products, or if it has just been a business ineptness in bringing them to market. Maybe we will never know, but obviously something isn't working. This is not an upstart company. It is a RESTART company. Restart, after restart, after restart. And nobody can twist the results.
But of course you have those in the "history doesn't matter" camp.
So you have a couple making an investment decision on this company.
Partner 1. "I see this company has a lot going on. The Kiss relationship, Waterloo, the New World Gift company, some websites that are coming soon, and they have been in business for 7 years. And more importantly, inside management just informed the stockholders things are progressing well. They might even report again. But that's history, that doesn't matter, the supporters say look at tomorrow not the past"
Partner 2. "But honey, do we ignore the fact that they have really had no interest in their products, revenue has never kept up with expenses and debt, that they lost their accounting/auditor firm because of lack of payment, that they don't report their financial statements, they have pending lawsuits, outstanding debt and accounts payables at approx. a half million dollars, their stock is at a half penny after two reverse splits and at historic lows, stockholders don't know where the funds from loans and stock sale have gone, or if there has been any return on investment. But if you feel history isn't important, go ahead and buy based on another set of empty promises. But good luck, trading is about as active as their product interest. But hey, that's history, 7 years of it."
