Hi M88. for too many years the SL governmnt has lost out to diamond miners who at the end of the season seemed to vanish with thier winnings. Now the are very carefull even with gold miners and with elections comeing in May they will want thier money.
SNEY in turn will want thier financials confirmed by Ministrys that they have paid all dues owed and get it rubber stamped.
This entails Minister of Lands and Surveys, Minister of Mines, Land Registery, Payments to Chief, Payments to Land user, probably farmer as compensation, and I could go on.
Now if you have already made these Payments and are asking for further proof in order to satisfy a foreign auditor, there will be a small cost and a lot of time involved.
In SL government they employ 10 men to do the work of 1 man thus the wages are low but employment is seen to be high and all your family have a job and the combined income is going into the one household. Get my drift?
