Its the same answer I got from him to a while ago. William is doing nothing to fix this from what I know. He had already SPOKEN TO THE HIGHER UPS @ DTC. MMTE has been on the list for 2 years, why some brokers will not clear is off no concern of Williams according to him, so either TC or William is bending the truth.

I am not sure of the disconnect. Unless the DTC thing and Penson are 2 seperate things. I never did fully understand everything except to know the reason I could not buy or sell MMTE is because Penson was my Brokers clearing house.

So I specifically asked if he could show me something where there was any sort of follow up from his end with Penson on this.

Maybe DTC and Penson are related?
