From another part of website,under mines:

The Los Pozos Iron Ore Mine is in pre-development at this time with heavy haul road infrastructure scheduled to begin in January 2006, pending the issue of all required governmental permits. (See Geology, Mine Location and Chemical Analysis for more detail)

So it was a previous possible mine -website says mineral rights contention for that mine was pending back then -and could still be as far as we know-but haven't heard anything about it from the company.
