I had asked about Amphastar's complaint, not their motion as referenced there, but thx. Their motion doesn't reveal their method of developing or producing a-enox (mostly it's just sophisticated legal whining), and my guess is that the complaint doesn't either.

One factoid, though, is that A/W's ANDA with the FDA, and Venkateram's '886 patent were filed within a week of each other, in March of 2003.
