This is VERY interesting and full of intrigue. MNTA has MUCH on the line here. The monies are in the hundreds of MILLIONS. How long before they issue a PR acknowledging the suit? What will the PPS action? On the upside, if MNTA is successful, this will highlight and ANNOUNCE LOUDLY the value of the MNTA platform/technology.

Thanks for the link. Interesting to see NVS is a party to the action which addresses earlier concerns as to whether MNTA would have to legally move forward alone.

Suggests not only financial backing by NVS but also support for the partnership, all the while realizing that NVS will also be negatively affected financially with a-enox on the market.
