Why look forward to addressing these issues???? This is all stuff that is happening right now. Don't you have some type of opinion on the tax liens and lawsuits by the suppliers and the bank??? If you do I would love to hear just these points be addressed without tossing in all the conspiricy theory bunk that normally comes out in the posts.

Simple question just requires a simple answer, that shouldn't be too difficult should it????

not sure why this is missed .. but i have no issues
discussing current topics .. past topics or even future
topics .. i do it frequently with those whose opinions
i value .. i've also posted some of the very same opinions
in this very venue .. remember just because i interact with
other expo longs .. doesn't mean we all share the same mindset
or opinion as to past .. current or future events <expo related>

as i've posted numerous times .. i long ago learned to only
worry about that which i control .. that is whether i buy
exph shares .. as i posted many times b4 i'm content with
shares held .. my pps .. and of course my risk tolerance

whether i sell my exph shares
.. not planning on it since i'm beyond comfortable
with who *imo* holds approx 2.2 BILLION shares of the 3.3 BILLION
leaving a FLOAT of 1 BILLION .. and that *amount* is hmmmm divvied
up between everyone else .. including me .. does make the math
rather *challenging* .. lol

or hold my exph shares ..
that would be it .. i'm holding .. waiting on what mgmt has to
address specific to those 31 questions i submitted re: the FAQ
back in mid to late july .. either via their website or the SM

whichever event occurs first
