I'm thinking so. Looks like things are brewing here on the EMOT front. There is that one block at .0046...something like 750K ($3500). That seller has been 'ambivalent' putting that order up then taking it down. He was at .004 with 950K originally, but I'm seeing 200K of those are now in someone else's hand. I only focus on that lot cause it's currently the only 'hill' to getting to .007.
News takes us there...which will be forthcoming, but I personally would like to see those shares get re-distributed into other hands before we get that next news piece.
