I read it at the time and just reviewed it.

I'm not a scientist, but the substance of their suit seems to be just what I'm suggesting: it's impossible for TEVA (insert Amphastar if applicable) or any company to manufacture enoxaparin without violating certain of MNTA's patents during the process.

Am I missing something here? TIA
