MNTA: One basic question that has most likely already been addressed on the board, if so a message # would be fine:

How can MNTA sue for patent infringement without first obtaining and analyzing Amphastar's product?

Why would Shea tip his hand before the actual commencement of a suit? Why give your adversary a heads up?
