Yes, you are correct, there is some type of silence from a company that is completely unacceptable and you listed them. I response of "we cannot comment right now" would be acceptable, but ignoring communication is just not right. Not PRing an accomplishment is just a bad business decision. Maybe there is a reason for delaying that announcement...only Ken knows.
