Here's the possible senario: The majority of the additional 5B is being used to acquire the $10M and provide the funder with a nice profit. As the 5B has just about been exhausted I believe the funding will have been completed and announced later this month or early next month. Such a transaction would eleviate and risk on the funders behalf. When completion of the transaction is announced the company will also announce another A/S increase. A win/win for the company (unfortunately not for the investors). Non of the above is substantiated.
