billd43,
He should have just said he was not at liberty to divulge the investors name instead of his subterfuge of identifying a non existent company in the State of Delaware Incorporation books.
Subterfuge is just another name for lying and this has damaged many investors.Troy will have to account for himself one day.
I seriously doubted that he had an entity that was willing to invest so much money - $10 million, I believe - into a company with practically no revenue, books not up to date, etc, and an OUTSTANDING AND AUTHORIZED SHARE COUNT THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. HE WAS JUST GIVING SHARES AWAY FOR PRACTICALLY NOTHING IN USING LFBG SHARES TO PAY FOR THINGS. IN ONE CASE EVEN DONATING 1/2 BILLION(549,000,000 SOMETHING) SHARES.
I was shock and still am in the way he has behaved as a CEO. The only word I can think of is incompetent to say the least. From what I have heard and read he is a excellent developer and has had some wonderful success back about 10 years or so in the past.
To the best of my knowledge he has never had success as a CEO. If memory serves me right he ran another video company a few years ago. I think it was shortly after he exited that company that either that company went out of business or what was left was merged with another company. Others who know more about this can tell you. I did know the name of this company for I read about it to some degree on this board.
Noquit will most likely have this info.
In doing so he has seriously damaged his creditably and most importantly his Christian Walk with Christ.
I am just very, very sad at the depth this company has sunk down to. This post has been everything but a happy, joyful post to comtemplate then write. I neither enjoy feeling how I do, but most definitely hate saying what I have said. What I have said is the only conclusion I am able to come to. Troy no longer even bothers to keep some sort of semblence of any communication with the shareholders that in my eyes he has so disappointed.
I would consider it a great blessing for all if I an proven wrong and the investors at least recoup most of their money.
I am anything but playful with my memories and I have said enough, more than I wanted to.
