Actually, under Delaware law there are certain privacy rights. Spencer would be subject to the same rules, of course. Unless he hasn't already admitted this. Simply because you sue someone claiming defamation on a MB does not give you the right under DE law to discover their identity. There's one more step you have to do. Wallace has done it. Spencer has not (yet). IMO. As a SH, I'm happy that GOSY has thousands to spend on lawyers. Makes alot more sense to me than spending it on development and marketing.
