Yes, I understand. But...there were still over 60k shares bought in one 5 minute period, which filled that $4.30 block buy. EDGX doesn't care if they buy them 100 shares at a time or not...
The buy orders may just be buying back the shares they sold all day...but at least they ARE buying.
