You're right, it's limited. I don't pay attention to (or even know where was visible) the stop sign stuff, so kinda guessed at the name, lol. Thanks for the correction. Yeah, the commercial is a bummer, given it was 'almost complete' which means sunk costs (although sometimes its hard to differentiate between Almost Complete and Almost Begun with SDVI).
The merger votes were all conditional on the audits he said, so that one at least makes sense for why there has been no word on it.
Also, I wonder what the voting rights are for the restricted GRAFF stock, as they can have different voting privileges (or none) compared to the founder shares/preferred stock that Ken et al likely have. But I've already assumed that Ken will have complete control over the results of any such merger votes regardless.
