BOPH...I dug up some good info on BOPH over the past few days that I'll post later today or tomorrow. This stock is no doubt undervaled IMO, but only time will tell. (Waiting on the 10k).
Current share price = $0.81.
Anyway, for starters, here's an interesting new BOD member that just joined BOPH's BOD a couple of weeks ago...

Thomas Tan:
Thomas Tan has served as the managing director at Euro Pacific Capital for the past 3 years. (Euro Pacific (Thomas Tan?) was involved in BOPH's initial PP (@ $2 per unit/share) back in Jan 2010. (I'm guessing Thomas Tan is very familiar w/ the company).
From 1998 to 2007, Tan served in various corporate finance positions at Pfizer, Inc. supporting research and development, legal and manufacturing functions in the financial planning and analysis area.

(Side Note: Conversion or exercise price of derivative securities mentioned above = $2.40. Also, initial placement shares = $2, Euro Pacific's warrants exercise price = $2.40, other warrant execise prices = $2.40 and Tan's options = $2. Current share price = $0.81).

BTW, here is part of the agreement between Bohai and Euro Pacific re: the placement...

"Within six (6) months of the closing of the private placement, appoint individuals constituting a majority of “independent” directors (as defined under the Nasdaq Marketplace rules) to the our board of directors, with one such director being designated by Euro Pacific, and with at least two of such directors being fluent in English.
