I think someone has posted that they'ld like only be entitled to some sort of (small) royalty and not likely to indefenitly hold off a launch. I don't recall if Shea or someone else said as much but it certainly sounds reasonable to me.

That doesn't make sense to me. Holding off a competitive generic Lovenox means the large profit share in place with NVS remains whereas settling for some small royalty from a competitor just means they get the small royalty from the competitor plus what would now be a low double-digit royalty from NVS. I would certainly think the former situation translates into much greater revenue for MNTA.
