LOL, do you think that repeating "non-voting common" will convince people that Xata has somehow created common shares which don't vote?

Which insiders hold preferred stock?

Of course the stockholders realize it's undervalued. That's why we bought it. Duh. The ones I don't get are those who realize it's undervalued, but don't own it. I guess there are a few folks who rely on hype to drive OTC stocks up and don't want to have anything to do with an exchange traded stock. To each his own.
