Why do you post this falsehood??

E-mails to the cima accounts are being ignored, for going on AT LEAST 7 weeks now, and (IMHO) much much longer. Just as e-mails to the d&d domain's e-mail accounts are being ignored. (or, not being read at all)

How many times does this have to be pointed out?

repeat: E-mails to all of the posted e-mail accounts on the several websites are being ignored!!

Is the bank that supposedly *vetted* EXPO lying when they file a lawsuit for non payment????

Is Wurth lying when they filed the lawsuit for non payment for raw materials????

The fact is that the only lies about this company have been told by the same people that ran it into the ground and a few of their minions that have carried their message onto the stock message board.JMHO

let's approach this from a different angle and talk about what catholic theology calls "sins of omission".

Did your deep contacts at exph ever inform you of the catastrophic tax lien? Let me re-phrase: Did your deep contacts at exph ever inform you that they illegally withheld payroll tax deductions? If not, why?

Did your deep contacts at exph ever inform you of the multiple law suits against both exph and against the personal assets of JD and "Shirley" and Glenn and Ted and Alice? If not, why?

Did your deep contacts at exph inform you that the SM that you and veno kept referencing and referencing where "all would be made known" would be cancelled? Obviously not, and if not, why? And while we're at it, SBB and Kapla and others predicted that the SM would, in fact, be cancelled. How could any of us knuckleheads without your deep contacts be able to accurately predict this cancellation, and you unable to do so?

What good are your "contacts" at exph that you constantly reference? There's a lot of sins of omission here

enough of the nonsense.... Cima,fka BUILDERS CHOICE CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS, is a twice FAILED subcontractor.. which BECAME HOMELESS after SOuthern Community Bank And Trust FORECLOSED on their facility located at 1250 College Avenue....waited down by FEDERAL TAX LIENS AND UNPAID DEBTS... sound familiar? It should.



The ORIGINAL founder of Builders Choice- Willis Hartley, was PR'd as the big KAHUNA shortly after JD added Builders choice to the Expo family...guess what??.... WILLIS HARTLEY took one look and SCRAMMED.....got the heck out....took a job with a competitor...he wanted NOTHING to do with what was about to unfold....he was in enough hot water/debt after Builders Choice failed for the second time.....


For anyone...and I mean *ANYONE* attempting to paint CIMA as anything more than what it is - A LOCAL SUBCONTRACTOR-twice failed.... is inexcusable, irresponsible and truly represents a sad commentary relating to personal *greed*.


JD fails to remit payroll taxes withheld from employees...JD deducted this money and KEPT IT.... Do you agree with such behavior? YES or NO?
