I can only read the SEC filings, and make my own inquiries. Don't build a straw man with the JV filings. Read the whole statement -- it is from the "independent" auditors.
If you have something constructive and factual to offer please do so -- you might then encourage investors, rather than discourage them, unless, of course, you are a short and that is your game.
As a newcomer to this board, and this being only your second post on iHub, I already have the feeling you will obfuscate facts and go into pesonal attack mode, as you have indicated.
