Claims are not proof of anything. We have no documents that tell us what is on those claims.
It is Lous responsibility to back up PR with documental proof. I could buy a mining claim and tell people there is 1 billion in recoverable gold, doesnt mean it is true just because my name is on the claim. I can tell people my company has many working gold mines and oil wells, but without documental proof or financial information, it's doubtful people would believe it, especially if I had a history of releasing PR's that never came true or was convicted of fraud in the past.
As for your UFO argument, since I'm not the one making claims without backing them up, the burden of proof isn't on me. Bayport is the one releasing the PR's, you are telling us they are 100% true. Therefore, bayport or anyone claiming they are true are the ones who are responsible to back those claims. Lou saw the "UFO" so its his responsiblity to prove it.
One more thing, just because IR or Lou says its true and seems like a nice guy, doesn't make it true. It's not like Lou is going to tell you if it's a scam if it is one. As for Aegis and the IPO, saying they aren't at liberty to discuss their business with current or future clients hardly proves that yhe IPO is a sure thing or proves bayport is legit. Look at their list of clients, they have multiple companies that have turned out to be complete scams and even some have been halted for trading.
