Really? Confirmed? 100% guarantee this is not a scam? By independent third parties who did not simply take the word of Lou?

Hate to be the naysayer here but "it has been confirmed through a variety of ways that EXTO/Bayport is not a scam" seems less about facts and more about hope. There have been numerous mining frauds executed over the years that have offered the exact same level of detail and information and of those I speak they were all scams and in some cases criminal arrests made.

I believe EVERY one of those companies, like EXTO, made claims citing positive test samples and promised huge returns based on locations being adjacent to successful operations. What each proved, and EXTO most likely will as well, is that being located in the vicinity of a successful operation is vastly different than actually being successful.

EXTO has proven ZILCH and Lou has ZERO credibility on his own. Lou has a historical past of trouble and while "people can change" those people need to prove they changed with something greater than just their word.

I am sure that you and everyone here has experienced the lies of CEO's and the failure in believing their stories. I am likewise sure that you and others here have experienced the downside of "people can change" when in reality they just smoothed out their con's. Lou and EXTO need to prove they are the former and not the latter and proof comes hard.
